全方位护理干预用于连续性血液净化治疗重度脓毒症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全方位护理干预用于连续性血液净化治疗的重度脓毒症患者的效果。方法选取医院2020年1月至2022年6月收治的行连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒症患者86例,按护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各43例。两组患者均予常规护理,观察组加予全方位护理干预。结果观察组护理满意度为93.02%,显著高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组机械通气时间与治疗后24 h急性生理与慢性健康评价Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分均显著低于对照组;观察组kolcaba舒适状况量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、胃肠黏膜pH值、腹腔压力均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.98%,显著低于对照组的27.91%(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理干预用于连续性血液净化治疗的重度脓毒症患者护理,可提升其治疗依从性,改善临床症状,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for the treatment of patients with severe sepsis through continuous blood purification.Methods A total of 86 severe sepsis patients recived continuous blood purification admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given conventional nursing,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than 72.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the mechanical ventilation time and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)for 24 h treatment scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the kolcaba comfort scale score in the observation group were significanlty higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the pittsburgh sleep quality index,gastrointestinal mucosal pH value,and abdominal pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 6.98%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 27.91%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the treatment of patients with severe sepsis through continuous blood purification can improve the treatment compliance,clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.
