摘　　要：目的探讨围术期强化心理护理对年轻宫颈癌患者心理状态及出院后生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2021年3月至2022年3月收治的年轻(≤35岁)宫颈癌患者60例,采用电脑随机法分为对照组(予常规护理)、观察组(予围术期强化心理护理),各30例。对比两组患者护理后的心理状态及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均明显低于对照组,生活质量评价量表(GQOL-74量表)评分及护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期强化心理护理有助于稳定年轻宫颈癌患者的心理状态,促进生活质量的改善与提升,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative intensive psychological care on the psychological status and quality of life after discharge of young patients with cervical cancer.Methods Sixty young(≤35 years old)patients with cervical cancer admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(receiving routine care)and the observation group(receiving perioperative intensive psychological care)by computer randomization method,with 30 patients in each group.The psychological status and quality of life of two groups after care were compared.Results After care,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive perioperative psychological care can help stabilize the psychological status of young patients with cervical cancer,promote the improvement of quality of life,and increase satisfaction with care.
