摘　　要：目的探讨基于干部健康体检结果的保健对策研究。方法选择某门诊行健康体检的机关干部100名,回顾性分析体检资料,并进行医疗保健干预。结果100名干部中,70岁以上患病率最高(97.22%),其次为60~69岁(89.47%)。发病率较高的疾病主要有腰肩颈病(48.00%),肥胖(26.00%),高血压(24.00%),高血脂(23.00%),高尿酸(17.00%),咽炎(16.00%),肝胆胰脾异常(15.00%),高血糖(6.00%),心脏疾病(5.00%),肾脏异常(4.00%),肺部异常(1.00%)等,差异显著(P<0.05)。前列腺特异性抗原、甲胎蛋白、糖类抗原、癌胚抗原肿瘤标志物检出率分别为2.00%,3.00%,1.00%,1.00%。结论医护人员根据健康体检结果,开展针对性干预、有效规范治疗、跟踪治疗效果等措施,指导干部养成良好的生活习惯,帮助培养正确的健康观念。Objective To investigate the health countermeasures based on health examination results for cadres.Methods A total of 100 government cadres who underwent health examinations at a outpatient clinic were selected,and the data from the examinations were retrospectively analyzed,and the medical and health interventions were implemented.Results Among the 100 cadres,the highest morbidity was among patients over 70 years old(97.22%),followed by 60-69 years old(89.47%).The diseases with high morbidity mainly included waist,shoulder and neck diseases(48.00%),obesity(26.00%),hypertension(24.00%),hyperlipidemia(23.00%),hyperuricemia(17.00%),pharyngitis(16.00%),liver,gallbladder,pancreas,and spleen abnormalities(15.00%),hyperglycemia(6.00%),heart disease(5.00%),kidney abnormalities(4.00%),lung abnormalities(1.00%),there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The detection rates of prostate specific antigen,alpha fetoprotein,carbohydrate antigen,and carcinoembryonic antigen tumor markers were 2.00%,3.00%,1.00%,1.00%,respectively.Conclusion Based on the results of health examinations,medical staff carry out targeted interventions,effectively regulate treatment,track treatment effects,and other measures to guide cadres to develop good living habits and help them cultivate correct health concepts.
