摘　　要：目的提高医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)细胞毒性药品配置管理质量。方法回顾性分析医院2019年PIVAS细胞毒性药品配置管理过程中存在的问题,2020年实施强化管理,对比强化管理前后相关指标结果,评价强化改进的效果。结果强化管理后,PIVAS中细胞毒性药品配置错误、配送错误和药物泄漏事件发生率降低;被检物品空气质量、物品表面及手细胞毒性药剂含量超标率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论该院PIVAS细胞毒性药品配置管理存在较多问题,通过针对性强化改进管理(包括完善制度、增强保障防护、强调规范操作、强调应急处理等措施),可极大地提高相应药品配置管理质量。Objective To improve the quality of cytotoxic drug configuration management in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS)of hospital.Methods The problems in the management of PIVAS cytotoxic drug configuration management of the hospital in 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,the strengthened management was implemented in 2020,the relevant indicators before and after strengthened management were compared and the effectiveness of strengthening and improving was evaluated.Results After strengthening management,the incidence of cytotoxic drug configuration errors,delivery errors,and drug leakage incidents in PIVAS decreased.The air quality,surface and hand cytotoxic agent content exceeding standards rates of the tested items significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many problems in the configuration and management of PIVAS cytotoxic drugs in the hospital.The quality of corresponding drug configuration and management can be greatly improved through targeted strengthening and improvement of management(including improving systems,enhancing protection,emphasizing standardized operations and emergency response measures).
