摘 要:目的探讨无缝隙管理模式在消化内镜诊疗患者中的应用效果及价值。方法将2021年1月至2022年6月治疗的此类患者通过随机数字表法的方式来进行分组,其中观察组纳入了154例,而对照组中则纳入了148例,在对照组中需要对患者采用常规护理的模式进行护理,观察组采用无缝隙护理管理模式。比较两组患者的护理满意度、抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分和护理质量。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表以及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对此类患者护理中采用无缝隙管理模式效果显著,提升服务的满意度,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect and value of seamless management mode in patients with digestive endoscopy.Methods Such patients treated from January 2021 to June 2022 were grouped by random numbers,among which 154 cases were included in the observation group,while 148 cases were included in the control group.In the control group,patients needed to adopt the routine care mode,and the observation group adopted the seamless care management mode.Care satisfaction,depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score and quality of care were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Using seamless management mode in the nursing of such patients can improve the satisfaction of service and improve the quality of nursing.
