摘　　要：目的探讨学龄前儿童照顾者对常见意外伤害的应急救护能力现状及其影响因素。方法选取2023年5~9月采用便利抽样法选取福州市4所幼托机构的教师及家长作为调查对象,使用一般资料调查问卷、自设学龄前儿童常见意外伤害应急救护知识问卷进行调查。结果回收有效问卷189份。应急救护知识问卷得分为(14.49±2.56)分,其中年龄、婚姻情况、有无儿童、是否接受过医学专业教育、照顾者身份是急救能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论福州市区学龄前儿童照顾者常见意外伤害应急救护能力处于中等水平,为促进学龄前儿童意外伤害的现场救护,医务人员有能力、也有义务对其照顾者开展专业的急救科普。Objective To explore the first aid ability of the caregivers who take care of preschoolers.Methods We recruited attendants including both teachers and parents from 4 kindergartens by convenience sampling in Fuzhou from May to September 2023.Self-adapted questionnaire was used to access their first aid ability.Results We collected 189 questionnaires.The mean score of the first aid ability was(14.49±2.56)scores.Age,marital state,fertility condition,have received medical education or not,caregivers'identity will influence the first aid ability(P<0.05).Conclusions The caregivers'first aid ability of preschoolers were in a intermediate level.Health staffs are responsible to popularize the first aid of the unintentional accident among the caregivers of preschoolers.
