健脾益气生血汤联合蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾益气生血汤联合蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液在儿童缺铁性贫血中的应用效果。方法参与研究的80例儿童缺铁性贫血患者为我院于2020年1月到2022年12月所收治,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=40)采用蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液治疗,观察组(n=40)采用健脾益气生血汤联合蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液治疗,共治疗3个月。比较两组的治疗效果、铁代谢指标、红细胞参数、中医证候积分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(97.50%vs.75.00%,P=0.003)。两组治疗后血清铁蛋白、血清铁上升,总铁结合力下降,且观察组血清铁蛋白、血清铁高于对照组,总铁结合力低于对照组(P<0.001)。两组治疗后红细胞参数均上升,观察组治疗后各指标高于对照组(P<0.001)。比起治疗前,之后积分改变显著,且观察组各积分更低(P<0.001)。结论健脾益气生血汤与蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液共同配合,可提升儿童缺铁性贫血的临床疗效,对铁代谢、红细胞功能均有显著效果,有利于缓解病情症状。Objective To explore the application effect of Jianpi Yiqi Shengxue decoction combined with iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution in children with iron deficiency anemia.Methods The 80 pediatric patients with iron deficiency anemia who participated in the study were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with Jianpi Yiqi Shengxue decoction combined with iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution for a total of 3 months.The treatment effect,iron metabolism indexes,red blood cell parameters,and Chinese medicine syndrome points of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.50%vs.75.00%,P=0.003).After treatment,serum ferritin and serum iron increased and total iron binding capacity decreased in both groups.The observation group had higher serum ferritin and serum iron levels than the control group,while total iron binding capacity was lower than the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,both groups showed an increase in red blood cell parameters,and the observation group had higher indicators than the control group(P<0.001).Compared to before treatment,there was a significant change in scores afterwards,and the observation group had lower scores(P<0.001).Conclusions The combination of Jianpi Yiqi Shengxue Tang and protein succinate iron oral solution can improve the clinical efficacy of children with iron deficiency anemia,and has significant effects on iron metabolism and red blood cell function,which is beneficial for alleviating symptoms of the disease.
