产前宣教对初产妇分娩方式和腹直肌分离的影响

摘　　要：目的观察初产妇经过产前宣教对其分娩方式、腹直肌分离情况的影响。方法选取我院2022年1~9月接诊的初产妇100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组各50例。观察组实施针对性产前宣教,对照组实施常规宣教,对比两组的健康知识知晓情况、分娩方式、腹直肌分离情况。结果观察组预防并发症、阴道分娩好处、应对不适技巧、分娩过程、分娩方式等健康知识知晓评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组分娩方式对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组自然分娩比例更高,对照组剖宫产比例更高。观察组脐上、脐下腹直肌分离距离均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产前宣教可通过提高初产妇对健康知识的知晓情况,增加初产妇自然分娩率,减少腹直肌分离距离。Objective To observe the effect of primigravida after prenatal preaching on their mode of delivery and rectus abdominis muscle separation.Methods A total of 100 cases of primigravida seen in our hospital from January to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group received targeted prenatal education,while the control group received routine education.The awareness of health knowledge,delivery methods,and rectus abdominis separation between the two groups were compared.Results The health knowledge knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of prevention of complications,benefits of vaginal delivery,skills of coping with discomfort,the process of labour,and mode of delivery(P<0.05).The difference in the mode of delivery between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),with a higher proportion of natural delivery in the observation group and a higher proportion of cesarean section in the control group.The separation distance of the rectus abdominis muscle above and below the umbilicus in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Antenatal education can increase the rate of natural delivery and reduce the rectus abdominis muscle separation distance of primigravid women by improving their knowledge of health knowledge.
