摘　　要：活性炭具有比表面积高、内部孔隙结构发达和表面官能团可调控等特点,是制备超级电容器电极材料的一种首选材料,以生物质制备活性炭对实施“碳中和”和“碳达峰”战略具有重要意义。重点综述了用于超级电容器电极材料的活性炭在生物质原料、制备方法和改性策略等方面的研究进展,介绍了制备活性炭的生物质原料种类,对常规加热法、水热法和微波加热法进行了分析比较,重点探讨了物理活化法、化学活化法、物理化学活化法和模板法等制备方法的机理和特点,以及通过杂原子掺杂改性活性炭提高其电化学性能的方法,以期为以生物质为原料制备性能优异的超级电容器用活性炭的研究提供理论参考。Activated carbon is a preferred electrode material for preparation of supercapacitors due to its high specific surface area,advanced internal pore structures and adjustable surface functional groups.The preparation of activated carbon from biomass is of great significance for the strategy implementation of“Carbon Neutrality”and“Carbon Peaking”.This paper summarized the research progress of three aspects of activated carbon for supercapacitors electrode material,the types of biomass raw materials for the preparation of activated carbon are introduced,the analysis and comparison of various preparation methods including conventional heating,hydrothermal heating and microwave heating are carried out,the mechanism and characteristics of the preparation methods such as the physical,chemical and physicochemical activation methods,the template method,as well as the modification of activated carbon by heteroatom doping are further emphasized on.This paper are expected to provide some theoretical references for the research of biomass raw material for the synthesis of activated carbon with high performance for supercapacitors.
