考虑退货和资金约束的绿色补贴模式与运营决策

摘　　要：针对由一个制造商和一个零售商所组成的绿色供应链,在考虑消费者退货和资金约束的前提下,分别研究了无政府补贴、补贴银行、补贴制造商和补贴零售商这4种模式下制造商的最优产品绿色度水平和批发价决策,以及零售商的最优产品零售价决策,并进行了灵敏度分析。研究表明:不管是哪种政府补贴模式,有补贴总比无补贴更有利于提高产品绿色度水平,也更有利于提高制造商、零售商和消费者的利润或福利。从提高产品绿色度水平的角度而言,当银行贷款利率较低、政府补贴率较高、消费者价格敏感度较低或者产品退货率较高时,政府应选择补贴零售商的模式;反之,政府应选择补贴制造商的模式。从增加消费者福利和提高制造商与零售商利润的角度而言,政府应选择补贴零售商的模式。We consider a green supply chain which contains a supplier and a retailer,and assume there exists customer returns and capital constraints.We study the manufacturer s optimal decisions on the greenness level and the wholesale price and the retailer s optimal decision on the retail price in four modes,which are no-subsidy mode,green credit mode,manufacture subsidy mode,and sales subsidy mode,and make some sensitivity analysis.The study shows that whatever mode the government take,compared with no-subsidy mode,subsidy mode is always more beneficial to increase the greenness level of the product.It is also more beneficial to the profits or welfare of manufacturers,retailers and consumers.We also show that,from the perspective of increasing the greenness level of the product,when the loan rate is low,the subsidy rate is high,the consumer s price sensitivity is low,or the return rate is high,the government had better take the retailer subsidy mode,otherwise,the government had better take the manufacturer subsidy mode.From the perspective of increasing the profit of both the manufacturer and the retailer,and the welfare of the consumer,the government always had better take the retailer subsidy mode.
