数字平台企业如何从事件中塑造数字创新能力--基于事件系统理论的钉钉成长案例研究

摘　　要：本文基于事件系统理论,以钉钉数字化创新成长为纵向案例研究,深入探索平台企业数字创新能力塑造的过程机理,揭示数字创新模式、合作意愿、迭代创新对该形成过程的作用及影响。研究发现:事件的相关属性会影响平台企业的数字创新模式支配地位,被动型事件迫使企业采取重组式创新扫描与吸收数字创新机会的同时,也促使其采取分布式创新创造主动型事件提升数字资源利用和探索能力;网络效应下的合作意愿一定程度影响数字创新模式的选择,迭代创新能够强化主动型事件在数字创新能力塑造过程中的正向效应;主被动型事件的交互影响帮助平台实现“冷启动期→成长期→扩张期”的快速跃迁,表现为主动型事件增加、被动型事件减少,逐步形成对数字创新能力的正向反馈。本文研究结论对中国互联网平台企业如何在动态事件环境中进行数字创新模式选择、塑造数字创新能力具有较好的理论和实践价值。Changes in consumer demand,advances in digital technology,China’s contextual institutional innovation,and digital platforms bend the linear value chain and break through the constraints of“time and space”,indicating that China has entered the era of digital economy.In 2020,the occurrence of the“black swan event”of the COVID-19 has pressed the“pause button”of the global economy,digital platform enterprises have shown the organizational resilience and anti-fragile ability that traditional enterprises are difficult to match,and are full of vitality.Numerous innovative platforms represented by DingTalk have contributed China power to epidemic prevention and control and the resumption of business work.The reason why platform enterprises can subvert the traditional enterprise growth mode and traditional industrial boundaries,and become the master of new businesses mainly depends on their digital innovation ability,that is,the ability to scan and absorb knowledge from the environment,and use and deploy resources through digital technology to change the nature and structure of original products and services,and creatively propose solutions.Where does the digital innovation ability of platform enterprises come from and how to affect the growth of enterprises has become an urgent problem in the theory and practice of digital innovation.Based on the perspective of event system theory,this paper takes Dingding digital innovation growth as a longitudinal case study,deeply explores the process mechanism of shaping platform enterprises’digital innovation capability,and reveals the role and influence of digital innovation mode,cooperation willingness and iterative innovation on the formation process.The study finds that:First,the intensity and spatial attribute of proactive and reactive events influence the dominant position of digital innovation mode of platform enterprises,and finds that platform enterprises improve their digital innovation capability through two paths of distributed innovation and reorganized
