血清长链非编码RNA生长阻滞特异性基因6反义RNA1与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度及稳定性的相关性

摘　　要：目的检测冠状动脉粥样硬化(CAS)患者血清长链非编码RNA生长阻滞特异性基因6反义RNA1(lncRNAGAS6-AS1)的表达水平,分析其与CAS病变程度及稳定性的关系。方法选取2020年2月至2021年8月期间在武汉市汉口医院接收的124例CAS患者为CAS组,同期在我院体检的健康者124例为对照组;检测并比较各组血清中lncRNAGAS6-AS1和白介素-6(IL-6)的表达水平,分析CAS患者血清lncRNA GAS6-AS1与IL-6表达水平、Gensini积分的相关性。结果与对照组相比,CAS组血清lncRNA GAS6-AS1的表达水平降低,IL-6表达水平升高(t=43.614、23.404,P<0.05);稳定性、不稳定性心绞痛和急性心肌梗死患者中lncRNA GAS6-AS1表达水平依次降低,IL-6表达水平依次升高(F=6.821、7.495,P<0.05);单支、双支、多支病变患者血清lncRNAGAS6-AS1表达水平依次降低,IL-6表达水平依次升高(F=12.946、13.023,P<0.05);轻、中、重度病变组血清lncRNA GAS6-AS1表达水平依次降低,IL-6表达水平依次升高(F=15.900、6.224,P<0.05);CAS患者血清lncRNAGAS6-AS1与IL-6表达水平和Gensini积分呈负相关(r=-0.685、-0.699,P<0.05)。结论CAS患者血清lncRNA GAS6-AS1表达水平可能可以作为反映CAS病变严重程度和稳定性的潜在生物标志物。Objective To detect serum expression level of long non-coding RNA growth arrest specific gene 6 antisense RNA1(lncRNA GAS6-AS1)in patients with coronary atherosclerosis(CAS),and analyze its correlation with disease degree and stability of CAS.Methods A total of 124 CAS patients received by Wuhan Hankou Hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were taken as CAS group.In the same period,124 healthy subjects in our hospital were taken as control group.Serum expression levels of lncRNA GAS6-AS1 and interleukin(IL)-6 in the two groups were detected and compared,and the correlation between serum lncRNA GAS6-AS1 and IL-6 expression as well as Gensini score of CAS patients was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the expression level of serum lncRNA GAS6-AS1 in CAS group decreased,and the expression level of IL-6 increased(t=43.614,23.404;P<0.05).In patients with stable angina pectoris,unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction,the expression level of lncRNA GAS6-AS1 decreased successively,and the expression level of IL-6 increased successively(F=6.821,7.495;P<0.05).The expression level of serum lncRNA GAS6-AS1 in patients with single-vessel-,double-vessel-and multi-vessel-lesions decreased successively,and the expression level of IL-6 increased successively(F=12.946,13.023;P<0.05).The expression level of serum lncRNA GAS6-AS1 in the mild,moderate,and severe disease groups decreased successively,and the expression level of IL-6 increased successively(F=15.900,6.224;P<0.05).Serum lncRNA GAS6-AS1 in CAS patients was negatively correlated with the expression level of IL-6 and Gensini score(r=-0.685,-0.699;P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of serum lncRNA GAS6-AS1 in patients with CAS may be a potential biomarker to reflect disease degree and stability of CAS.
