摘　　要：空间计量经济学是计量经济学、空间统计学和地理信息科学等学科的交叉研究领域,是社会科学研究的主流方法之一,在人文经济地理、公共财政、国际贸易、环境经济等领域应用广泛,且影响力持续增加。该文对西方空间计量经济学的发展沿革、关键技术和方法、应用研究进行归纳,发现未来西方空间计量经济学的重点研究领域在理论方面是矩阵指数空间模型、空间变系数回归模型和贝叶斯方法,在应用方面,区域经济收敛的空间异质性、区域内经济收敛的空间外部性、时空动态模型中考虑空间溢出效应、结构模型和非参数方法的运用等方面的研究有待推进。未来中国空间计量经济学应在理论空间计量上提升国际影响力,更准确地利用空间数据和空间计量方法展开实证研究,并结合我国当前国情和政策,讲好经济现象地理空间效应的中国故事。Spatial econometrics is an interdisciplinary field that combines econometrics,spatial statistics,and geographic information science.It has gradually become one of the mainstream approaches in social science research,widely applied in areas such as human economic geography,public finance,international trade,environmental economics,and regional economics,with its influence continuously increasing.This paper summarizes the development,key techniques and methods,and application research of Western spatial econometrics.It reveals that the future research focus of Western spatial econometrics lies in theoretical aspects such as matrix exponential spatial models,spatially varying coefficient regression models,and Bayesian methods.In terms of application,there is room for advancement in the researches such as the spatial heterogeneity of regional economic convergence,the spatial externality of intra-regional economic convergence,the consideration of spatial spillover effects using spatiotemporal dynamic models,and the utilization of structural models and non-parametric methods.The development of Western spatial econometric theory can provide important insights for Chinese spatial econometrics.In the future,Chinese spatial econometrics should enhance international influence in theoretical spatial econometrics,accurately utilize spatial data and spatial econometric methods for empirical research,and combine the current national situation and policies in the application of spatial econometric methods to tell a compelling Chinese story about the geographical spatial effects of economic phenomena.
