摘  要:高校银龄教师支援西部是国家针对西部地区高校发展实情而推出的一项战略举措。高校银龄教师在积极释放自身教育资源综合优势的过程中,能够不断促进高等教育均衡发展、切实推动西部高校内涵变革。当前,高校银龄教师在支援西部地区高校过程中,正面临着支援的过程性困境、身份的认同性困境,同时也出现了学术红利“漏损”的现象。为此,应建构高校银龄教师支援西部的政策驱动机制、过程关怀机制以及发展引导机制,同时还应前瞻性地推动领军人才加入高校银龄教师行列,对西部高校进行学术支持。The support of retired teachers in universities to the western region is a strategic measure launched by the country in response to the actual situation of the development of universities in the western region.In the process of actively releasing their comprehensive advantages in educational resources,retired teachers in universities can continuously promote the balanced development of higher education and effectively promote the transformation of the connotation of Western universities.Currently,in the process of supporting universities in the western region,retired teachers in universities are facing difficulties in the process of support and identity recognition,as well as the phenomenon of academic dividend leakage.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a policy driven mechanism,process care mechanism,and development guidance mechanism for university retired teachers to support the western region.At the same time,it is also necessary to proactively promote leading talents to join the ranks of university retired teachers and provide academic support to western universities.
