“蔬菜栽培实用技术”教学和实践模式改革初探——以云南农业大学“蔬菜栽培实用技术”课程为例

摘　　要：“蔬菜栽培学”是云南农业大学园林园艺学院园艺专业的核心课程。经多年的调查了解,园艺专业毕业生进入工作岗位后,面对蔬菜生产问题时,常常不会利用学校学到的知识去分析、解决问题。为了缩小理论与实践之间的差距,在“蔬菜栽培学总论”和“蔬菜栽培学各论”课程的基础上,结合生产实践经验对蔬菜栽培知识进行总结归纳,开设一门新的课程——“蔬菜栽培实用技术”,内容包括云南省蔬菜产业发展概况、云南省发展蔬菜产业应考虑的因素和蔬菜生产具体技术环节。结合每一个环节理论知识的讲解,适时开展实践操作,让学生掌握蔬菜整个生长发育的规律和实操要点。通过教学和实践模式的改革,帮助园艺专业的毕业生架起理论知识与生产一线的桥梁。Vegetable cultivation is the core course of College of Horticulture and Landscape,Yunnan Agricultural University.After many years of investigation,it has been learned that graduates of horticulture majors often do not use the knowledge learned to analyze and solve problems in the face of vegetable production problems after they begin their jobs.In order to narrow the gap between theory and practice,on the basis of the general theory of vegetable cultivation and the various theories of vegetable cultivation,combined with my production practice experience over the years,we summarized the knowledge of vegetable cultivation,and opened a new course“practical techniques of vegetable cultivation”for senior students,which is mainly divided into three parts:(1)the development of vegetable industry in Yunnan Province,(2)Factors to be considered in the development of vegetable industry in Yunnan Province,(3)specific technical links of vegetable production:seedling raising,transplanting,fertilizer and water management,pest control,plant adjustment,post harvest treatment,etc.In combination with the explanation of theoretical knowledge in each link,practical operation shall be carried out in a timely manner to enable students to master the laws and practical operation points of the whole growth and development of vegetables.Through the reform of this teaching and practice mode,we will help horticultural graduates build a bridge between theoretical knowledge and production.
