检察工作现代化助推社会治理的路径探析——以社会矛盾化解工作为例

摘　　要：随着我国依法治国不断深化和完善,社会治理体系和治理能力现代化水平不断提升,特别是检察工作现代化背景下“检察环节”体系化取得显著成效,已经成为助力我国社会矛盾化解工作的“新法宝”。然而,面对广大群众的新期盼、新要求,社会矛盾化解工作仍然存在困难,化解工作的实施路径仍然缺乏针对性和时效性。在当前全面深化改革和全面依法治国的背景下,如何更加充分发挥检察机关在社会矛盾化解中的重要作用势在必行。如何有效转变“检察环节”在社会矛盾化解工作中的社会地位,在法治建设中的优势效应是建立与完善社会矛盾化解工作路径的关键。Along with China's efforts to deepening and advancing the rule of law,our modernization level in social governance and governance capacity is continuously advancing.In particular,a significant progress has been achieved in the systematic construction of"procuratorial sector"under the modernization of procuratorial work,which has become a"new magic weapon"to help resolve social contradictions in China.Nevertheless,faced with the new expectations and requirements of the masses,there still exist dilemmas in resolving social contradictions,and the paths to implementing such work are not targeted and efficient enough.Under the background of comprehensively deepening reform and advancing the rule of law,giving full play to procuratorial organs'important role in resolving social contradictions is imperative.The effective transformation of the social status of the"procuratorial sector"in resolving social contradictions and giving play to its advantages in the construction of the rule of law is the key to establishing and perfecting the paths to resolving social contradictions.
