拟穴青蟹四种形态群体的形态比较和聚类分析

摘  要:前期研究结果表明拟穴青蟹两个形态群体的生理生化代谢存在差异。根据左(Z)和右(Y)螯足腕节外缘刺的数量,进一步将拟穴青蟹细分为Z1Y1、Z1Y2、Z2Y1、Z2Y2四种形态群体。采集的80只青蟹中,Z1Y1、Z1Y2、Z2Y1、Z2Y2群体的数量比例分别为66.25%、12.50%、11.25%和10.00%。实验共测量30个形态学参数并获得34个形态比值,单因素方差分析结果显示:Z1Y1群体与其他三个群体的形态差异最为明显,Z1Y1群体分别有6、11、13个形态比值与Z2Y1、Z2Y2、Z1Y2群体的比较达到显著差异水平。聚类分析结果显示:Z1Y1群体中有些个体(4或6个)能独自聚为一小分支,Z1Y2群体中有54.55%的个体集中聚在一分支中。因此,拟穴青蟹四种形态群体具有明显的形态特征差异,且群体之间存在一定程度的表型多样性。The preliminary research results indicated that there were differences in physiological and biochemi‐cal metabolism between the two morphological populations of mud crab.Based on the number of external spines on the left(Z)and right(Y)chelopod wrist joints,this study further subdivided mud crab into four morphologi‐cal populations:Z1Y1,Z1Y2,Z2Y1 and Z2Y2.Among the 80 collected crabs,the proportion of Z1Y1,Z1Y2,Z2Y1 and Z2Y2 populations was 66.25%,12.50%,11.25%and 10.00%respectively.A total of 30 morphologi‐cal parameters were measured and 34 morphological ratios were obtained in the experiment.The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that the Z1Y1 population had the most obvious morphological differences com‐pared with the other three populations.There were 6,11,and 13 morphological ratios in the Z1Y1 population,which reached a distinct difference level compared with the Z2Y1,Z2Y2 and Z1Y2 populations.The results of cluster analysis showed that some individuals(4 or 6)in the Z1Y1 population could gather alone into a small branch,while 54.55%of the individuals in the Z1Y2 population were concentrated in one branch.Therefore,the four morphological populations of mud crab had obvious differences in morphological characteristics,and there was a certain degree of phenotypic diversity among the populations.
