摘 要:两栖动物的两性异形是反映两栖类两性异形进化趋势的重要指标。本研究以丽水地区的46只(♀♀/♂♂=12/34)成体三港雨蛙(Hyla sanchiangensis)为实验动物,通过测量头体长、头长、头宽、前肢长、后肢长、足长、体质量等7个形态特征指标,研究该物种形态特征的两性异形,探究该物种的两性异形及其进化。结果表明:除头长外,雌性其他形态特征均显著大于雄性。单因素协方差分析结果表明,雌雄个体间两性异形显著,且雌性体型更大。用主成分分析法分析三港雨蛙的6个形态特征的负载系数(Eigenvalue≥1),2个主成分共解释73.9%的变异,其中:在第一主成分中,体质量、后肢长和足长具有较高的负负载系数(解释50.8%的变异);在第二主成分中,头长具有较高的负负载系数,前肢长具有较高的正负载系数(解释23.1%的变异)。本研究结果进一步丰富了无尾两栖类动物的基础数据。Sexual dimorphism of amphibians is an important indicator of the evolutionary trend of sexual dimorphism in amphibians.In this study,46(♀♀/♂♂=12/34)adult individuals of Sanchiang Tree Toad(Hyla.sanchiangensis)from Lishui area were selected.Seven morphological features including snout-vent length,head length,head width,fore-limb length,hind-limb length,foot length,and body weight were measured to investigate the sexual dimorphism and understand the evolutionary trend of sexual dimorphism in this species.The results showed that except for head length,all other morphological features of females were significantly larger than those of males.One-way covariance analysis showed there is significant sexual dimorphism between males and females,with females having larger bodies.Principal component analysis was conducted on the loading coeffi‐cients(Eigenvalues≥1)of six morphological features of Sanchiang Tree Toad.Two principal components ac‐counted for 73.9%of the variation.In the first principal component,body weight,hind-limb length,and foot length had high negative loading coefficients(explaining 50.8% of the variance),while in the second principal component head length had a high negative loading coefficient and fore-limb length had a high positive loading coeffi‐cient(explaining 23.1%ofthevariance).The results of this study further enrich the basic data of anura amphibians.
