摘 要:血管钙化是指血管中钙磷酸盐复合物的矿物沉积,在动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、慢性肾脏病和心血管疾病等患者中多见。然而,目前对于血管钙化的具体机制和有效治疗手段仍不清楚。随着测序技术和生物信息学的发展,环状RNA(circRNA)成为研究热点,其不仅可以通过分子海绵作用调控血管钙化,还在血管平滑肌表型转换中发挥重要的调控作用。目前血管钙化与骨生成的相似性已被广泛研究,探索circRNA在骨生成中的作用可为circRNA与血管钙化的研究提供新视角。Vascular calcification refers to the mineral deposition of calcium and phosphate complexes in blood vessels,which is commonly seen in patients with atherosclerosis,diabetes,chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease.However,the specific mechanism and effective treatment of vascular calcification are still unclear.With the development of sequencing technology and bioinformatics,circular RNA(circRNA)has become a hot research topic,which not only can regulate vascular calcification through molecular sponge action,but also plays an important regulatory role in the phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle.Currently,the similarity between vascular calcification and osteogenesis has been extensively studied,and exploring the role of circRNA in osteogenesis may also provide new perspectives on the study of circRNA and vascular calcification.
