摘　　要：代谢紊乱是身体对一种或多种物质的代谢出现供需不平衡的病理状态,可表现为肥胖、糖尿病、高脂血症等疾病,且会诱发动脉粥样硬化、高血压、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等多种相关疾病,病理机制十分复杂。肠道菌群对人体健康有重要影响,其能够通过产生共代谢物、改变肠道通透性、调节内分泌、干预炎症免疫等途径参与宿主的物质代谢过程,从而与代谢紊乱所致疾病的发生发展产生密切联系。但肠道菌群与代谢紊乱疾病之间的具体机制尚未完全阐明,一定程度上限制了相关疗法的应用。因此,未来需深入研究肠道菌群与代谢紊乱疾病的明确机制靶点,从而开发出具有实际推广价值的针对性疗法。Metabolic disorder is a pathological state with certain metabolites imbalanced in vivo,which is presented as obesity,diabetes,hyperlipidemia etc.Moreover,metabolic disorder could induce multiple diseases including atherosclerosis,hypertension and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and the pathological mechanisms are complicated.Gut microbiota has an important role in host health,which can participate in the host′s material metabolism process by producing co-metabolites,changing intestinal permeability,regulating endocrine,and intervening in inflammatory immunity,thereby being closely related to the occurrence and development of diseases caused by metabolic disorders.However,the underlying mechanisms of association between gut microbiota and metabolic disorder is still unclear,which limits the application of related therapies.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the clear mechanistic targets of gut microbiota and metabolic disorders,in order to develop targeted therapies with practical promotion value.
