摘  要:随着近年人口老龄化的进程,骨质疏松症已成为世界常见慢性病,同时高尿酸血症发病率也随着人们生活、饮食习惯的变化而逐年升高。尿酸作为内源性抗氧化剂,其在血中含量的升高可产生氧化应激反应及炎症因子,抑制维生素D活化和钙吸收,使骨代谢失衡而引发骨质疏松。补充含有多酚类和硫化物的水果及蔬菜可保证维生素D制剂和钙剂的摄入,能够有效降低高尿酸水平,抑制骨吸收,预防骨质疏松。未来应进一步深入研究膳食补充对高尿酸血症及骨质疏松症的作用,以为高尿酸血症和骨质疏松症的整体防治提供新思路。In recent years,with the aging of the population,osteoporosis has become a common chronic disease in the world.Meanwhile,with the change of people′s living and eating habits,the incidence of hyperuricemia has also increased year by year.As an endogenous antioxidant,uric acid can produce oxidative stress reactions and inflammatory factors,inhibit vitamin D activation and calcium absorption when its content in the blood increases,leading to imbalance in bone metabolism and osteoporosis.By supplementing fruits and vegetables containing polyphenols and sulfides,while ensuring the intake of vitamin D preparations and calcium agents,it can safely and effectively reduce high uric acid levels,inhibit bone absorption,and prevent osteoporosis.In the future,further in-depth research should be conducted on the effects of dietary supplementation on hyperuricemia and osteoporosis,providing new ideas for the overall prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and osteoporosis.
