摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是脊柱外科常见疾病之一。LDH病因复杂,最主要的病因是腰椎体退行性病变,因此临床常根据LDH的发病因素和疾病严重程度决定患者手术治疗方案。目前关于LDH的手术治疗主要采用开放性手术、显微外科手术、腰椎融合术和人工腰椎间盘置换术等。特别是对于保守治疗效果不佳的患者,多倾向于手术治疗。但由于手术治疗仍缺少大量的高质量循证医学证据,特别是受限于国内材料学的发展,LDH手术治疗方法仍需进一步改进和推广。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is one of the common diseases in spinal surgery.The etiology of LDH is complex,and its main cause is degeneration of lumbar vertebrae,so the surgical treatment of LDH is often determined according to the pathogenic factors and severity of the disease.At present,the surgical treatment of LDH mainly includes open surgery,microsurgery,lumbar fusion and artificial lumbar disc replacement.Especially for the patients with poor effect of conservative treatment,surgery is often preferred.However,due to the lack of a large number of high-quality evidence-based medicine in the surgical treatment,especially limited by the development of material science in China,LDH surgical treatment methods still need to be further improved and promoted.
