摘　　要：盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是产后女性常见的疾病,主要指产后女性盆底肌功能异常引起的盆底肌功能障碍,对患者的生活质量和身心健康造成严重影响。随着人们对自身物质与精神需求的提高,社会及临床工作者逐渐重视女性产后身心健康的恢复情况。生物反馈电刺激可对机体肌肉及神经产生刺激,促进盆底功能恢复,缓解产后女性不良情绪,促使患者身心健康得到改善。目前,生物反馈电刺激应用于产后PFD治疗的效果十分明显,但关于生物反馈电刺激应用于产后PFD的疗效稳定性和持续性还需进一步多中心随访研究证实。Pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)is a common disease in postpartum women,mainly referring to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction caused by abnormal pelvic floor muscle function in postpartum women,which can seriously affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of the patients.With the improvement of people′s material and spiritual needs,the society and clinical workers are gradually paying more attention to the recovery of women′s postpartum physical and mental health.Biofeedback electrical stimulation can stimulate the muscles and nerves of the body,promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,relieve the negative mood of postpartum women,and promote the improvement of physical and mental health of the patients.At present,the effect of clinical application of biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum PFD is very obvious,although the stability and sustainability still need to be confirmed by further multi-center follow-up studies.
