摘  要:组织蛋白酶G(CatG)作为广泛存在于溶酶体中的蛋白质水解酶,在中性粒细胞活化后释放,具有加工多种细胞受体、诱导多种细胞浸润参与炎症反应、活化或灭活多种细胞因子和趋化因子等作用。1型糖尿病(T1DM)是多基因及环境因素共同影响下由T淋巴细胞介导的促炎性自身免疫性疾病,免疫炎症细胞在T1DM发病机制中发挥着至关重要的作用。CatG通过水解活化细胞因子诱导胰岛β细胞凋亡,从而调控T1DM的发生发展,并通过加工胰岛素原影响其抗原呈递过程,从而对T1DM产生影响,为探寻TIDM的发病机制提供了新方向。Cathepsin G(CatG)is a proteolytic enzyme that exists widely in lysosomes and is released after neutrophil activation.It can process many kinds of cell receptors,induce many kinds of inflammatory cells to participate in inflammatory reaction,and activate or inactivate many kinds of cytokines and chemokines.Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)is a kind of proinflammatory autoimmune disease with progressive damage of isletβcells mediated by T lymphocytes under the influence of multiple genetic and environmental factors,and immune inflammatory cells play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of T1DM.CatG induces apoptosis in isletβcells by hydrolysis and activation of cytokines,thereby regulating the occurrence and development of T1DM,as well as influencing its antigen presentation process by processing proinsulin,thereby affecting T1DM,which provides a new direction for exploring the pathogenesis of T1DM.
