摘  要:碳达峰、碳中和是我国重大战略目标之一,基于双碳目标,国家倡导大力发展节能减排技术。热泵干燥技术具有节能减排效果显著、耗能少、能效比高、干燥品质好等特点,是农产品干燥行业中最具前景的技术之一,对我国完成双碳目标也有推动意义。介绍热泵干燥工艺及技术的应用现状,针对热泵干燥技术在农产品领域的应用优缺点,指出热泵干燥技术在不同应用领域的核心问题,展望热泵干燥工艺及其技术的发展趋势。Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are one of China’s major strategic goals.Based on the dual carbon goals,the country advocates vigorously developing energy saving and emission reduction technologies.The heat pump drying technology has significant energy-saving and emission reduction effects,low energy consumption,high energy efficiency ratio,and good drying quality.It is one of the most promising technologies in the agricultural product drying industry and has driving significance for China to achieve the dual carbon target.The article introduces the current application status of heat pump drying technology and its advantages and disadvantages in the field of agricultural products,points out the core issues of heat pump drying technology in different application fields,and elucidates the development trend of heat pump drying technology and its technology.
