摘 要:对101份早中熟机采棉种质资源品系的15个表型性状进行变异系数、相关性、主成分和聚类分析。结果表明,15个性状中,有6个性状的变异系数超过了10.0%,其中株高的变异系数最大,为10.6%;整齐度指数的变异系数最小,为1.2%。相关性分析表明,各性状间存在不同的相互关联,14对数量性状的相关性达到了极显著水平,9对数量性状相关性达到了显著水平。主成分分析提取到了6个主成分,累积贡献率为73.228%;聚类分析将101份棉花种质品系分成了4大类,各类群性状差异较大,可为棉花新品种培育提供不同特性的种质品系。By analyzing 15 phenotypic traits of 101 early-middle-maturing machine-picked cotton germplasm resources,the coefficient of variation,correlation,principal component and cluster analysis were carried out.Results showed that the coefficient of variation of 6 traits exceeded 10.0%.The maximum coefficient of variation of plant height was 10.6%.The uniformity index had a minimum coefficient of variation of 1.2%.Correlation analysis showed that there were different correlations between traits.The correlation of 14 pairs of quantitative traits reached a very significant level.9 pairs of quantitative trait correlations reached a significant level.Principal component analysis extracted 6 principal components.The cumulative contribution rate was 73.228%.Cluster analysis divided 101 cotton germplasm materials into 4 categories at the genetic distance of 2.52.There were large differences in the characteristics of the various groups.This research could provide germplasm materials with different characteristics for the cultivation of new cotton varieties.
