摘  要:[目的]明确2种液体微生物菌肥在日光温室番茄的应用效果。[方法]以番茄为试材,在添加“活粒”和“土康元”2种微生物菌剂的日光温室番茄中,通过测定土壤的理化性质、植株的生长性状、产量和品质,分析2种微生物菌剂对土壤理化性质和番茄生长的影响。[结果]微生物菌剂处理土壤的EC值、碱解氮、速效磷的含量均显著低于CK;2个处理的株高、茎粗和叶面积都高于CK;平均单株产量和平均小区产量均高于CK处理,但差异不显著;果实可溶性糖、Vc含量均显著高于CK。[结论]微生物菌剂能够有效增强番茄植株长势、提升果实品质、降低土壤盐分浓度,其中,T 1处理“活粒”菌剂效果更好。[Objective]To determine the application effect of two liquid microbial fertilizer on tomato in solar greenhouse.[Method]Effects of two kinds of microbial fertilizer on the growth of tomato in solar greenhouse were analyzed by measuring the physical and chemical properties of soil,plant growth characters,yield and quality.[Result]The EC value,the content of alkali-hydrolyzed N and available P in soil treated by microbial fertilizer were significantly lower than those in CK.The plant height,stem diameter and leaf area of the two treatments were higher than those of CK.The average yield per plant and plot were higher than CK,but the difference was not significant.The contents of soluble sugar and V C in fruit were significantly higher than that of CK.[Conclusion]Microbial fertilizer can effectively enhance the growth of tomato plants,improve fruit quality and reduce soil salt concentration,and T 1 treatment of‘Huoli’microbial fertilizer is better.
