摘　　要：烟叶在打叶复烤加工过程中需要经历铺叶摆把、润叶筛沙、打叶风分、叶片复烤等一系列工艺环节。不同品种的烟叶具有不同的加工特性,在加工过程中为了进一步提升烟叶外在质量以及内在品质,使烟叶质量充分满足工业公司配方需求,该试验对KRK26烟叶外观指标和力学特性进行分析,旨在为该烤烟打叶复烤加工参数制定、模块化配方技术研究奠定基础,并为提高KRK26烟叶使用价值提供基础数据。In the process of threshing and redrying tobacco leaves,it is necessary to go through a series of process links,such as laying the leaf handle,moistening the leaves and sieving the sand,threshing the leaves,and leaf redrying.Different varieties of tobacco leaves have different processing characteristics.In order to further improve the external and internal quality of tobacco leaves during processing,so that the quality of tobacco leaves can fully meet the formula requirements of industrial companies,this experiment analyzes the appearance and mechanical properties of“KRK26”tobacco leaves.The purpose is to lay a foundation for the formulation of processing parameters for threshing and redrying of“KRK26”tobacco leaves and the research on modular formula technology,and to provide basic data for improving the use value of“KRK26”tobacco leaves.
