新农科背景下涉农法律人才培养研究

摘　　要：我国新农村经济与法治建设高速发展的同时,出现了大量涉农法律问题,对于涉农法律人才的数量需求和质量要求都有了明显的提高。新农科背景下给我国涉农法律人才培养模式提供了一个改变和创新发展的机会,为涉农法律人才培养新模式提供了一个明确的方向。在新农科背景下,构建一个能够满足新农村发展建设需求的涉农法律人才培养新模式,能够提高我国涉农法律人才专业水平,以此助力社会主义新农村现代化建设。With the rapid development of our new rural economy and legal construction,there have been a large number of legal problems concerning agriculture,and the quantity and quality requirements of legal talents concerning agriculture have been improved obviously.Under the background of the new agricultural science,it provides an opportunity to change and develop innovatively and provides a clear direction for the training mode of our agriculture-related legal talents.Under the background of new agricultural science,we should construct a new training mode of agriculture-related legal talents that can meet the needs of the new rural development construction,improve China’s professional level of agriculture-related legal talents,thus help the modernization of the new socialist countryside.
