摘　　要：针对气象系统基层台站技术人员缺乏新型自动气象站培训实操条件及自动气象站故障排查没有可对比的标准信号设备现状,基于提高技术人员保障业务技能的目的,采用开发硬件仿真设备替代真实业务设备的方法,设计并研制了兼容多种型号自动气象站数据采集设备的硬件仿真平台。仿真采集设备以STM32芯片为核心处理器完成电路设计,硬件仿真平台由仿真主采集器、仿真气温多传感器标准控制器、仿真雨量多传感器标准控制器和机箱结构组成。仿真采集设备人机交互命令支持汉语注释,并针对培训实操需求进行了功能扩展,便于使用人员掌握交互命令的使用。该平台可作为实训操作、传感器检测及故障排查演练的平台,相比于业务设备具有更好的针对性、适用性及经济性。Aiming at the current situation that the basic station technicians of the meteorological system lack the training and practical conditions of the new automatic weather station,and there is no comparable standard signal equipment for the automatic weather station troubleshooting.Based on the purpose of improving technical personnel’s professional skills,this paper adopts the method of developing hardware simulation equipment to replace real business equipment,and designs and develops a hardware simulation platform compatible with data acquisition equipment of various types of automatic weather stations.According to the method of the equipment,a hardware simulation platform compatible with various types of automatic weather station data acquisition equipment is designed and developed.The simulation acquisition equipment completes the circuit design with the STM32 chip as the core processor,and hardware simulation platform is consists of the simulation main collector,the simulated temperature multi-sensor standard controller,the simulated rainfall multi-sensor standard controller and the chassis structure.The human-computer interaction command of the simulation acquisition device supports Chinese annotation,and the function is expanded according to the needs of training practical operation,which is convenient for users to master the use of interactive commands.The hardware simulation platform can be used as a platform for practical training operations,sensor detection and troubleshooting,and has better pertinence,applicability and economy than business equipment.
