摘 要:为了提升变电站内开关柜监控的实时性,降低设备运维检修人员的工作强度,文中对红外测温的相关原理进行了研究。基于MLX90614红外测温芯片,设计实现了一套可部署于开关柜内的非接触式测温系统。该系统通过MLX90614将温度信号转化为模拟信号,利用ADC、DSP等器件实现了模拟信号到数字信号的转换,并将处理后的数字信号存储于芯片的RAM中。同时基于SMBus完成FPGA到MLX90614的数据读取与写入,保证了系统在高压、高温开关柜内工作时的稳定性。此外,为提升系统操作的友好性,采用C++设计了上位机软件,运维人员可借助用户界面来设置硬件系统的相关参数与控制硬件模块。在开关柜的断路器、线排、电容圈等易发热部位进行的实地部署及测试结果表明,系统温度采集的平均温度误差为0.29℃,能够满足实际的电力生产要求。In order to improve the real-time monitoring of switchgear in substation and reduce the work intensity of equipment operation and maintenance personnel,this paper studies the relevant principles of infrared temperature measurement,and designs and implements a set of non-contact temperature measurement system that can be deployed in switchgear based on MLX90614 infrared temperature measurement chip.The system converts the temperature signal into temperature signal through MLX90614 infrared chip,completes the conversion from analog signal to digital signal through ADC and DSP,and stores the processed digital signal in the RAM of the chip.The data reading and writing from FPGA to MLX90614 chip are completed based on SMBus,which ensures the stability of the system when working in high voltage and high temperature switchgear.In addition,in order to improve the friendliness of the system operation,the upper computer software is designed with C++.The operation and maintenance personnel can set the relevant parameters of the hardware system and control the hardware module with the help of the user interface.The field deployment and test results at the circuit breaker,line row,capacitor ring and other easy heating parts of the switchgear show that the average temperature error of the temperature acquisition system is 0.29℃,which can meet the actual requirements of power production.
