摘 要:【目的】为金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)从DNA分子水平上探索叶色突变体的遗传差异。【方法】采用EST-SSR分子标记技术对金线莲及其2个叶色突变体进行分子鉴定。【结果】20对SSR引物共扩增出78条谱带,其中3对引物(JXL-6、JXL-14和JXL-16)能稳定扩增出差异条带,多态性条带9条,多态性比率11.54%。【结论】获得的2个叶色突变体为金线莲突变体,叶色突变体与亲本在DNA分子水平差异较小。【Objective】This study aimed to explore genetic differences of leaf color mutants of Anoectochilus roxburghii at the DNA level.【Method】Molecular identification of Anoectochilus roxburghi and its two leaf color mutants was conducted by EST-SSR molecular markers.【Result】The results showed that 20 pairs of SSR primers produced 78 bands,3 pairs of primers(JXL-6,JXL-14 and JXL-16)could stably amplify differential bands.Nine bands were polymorphic produced in 20 pairs of SSR primers and polymorphism ratio was 11.54%.【Conclusion】Two leaf color mutants were identified as mutants of Anoectochilus roxburghi.However,there were small differences between mutants and parents at DNA molecular level.
