摘  要:润滑油泄漏是设备运行中常见的故障,不仅浪费油料,还会污染环境,甚至会影响到设备安全运行,因此对润滑系统检漏,快速识别泄漏点是设备管理和维修中的重要环节和难点。而传统的检漏方法难以快速识别泄漏点,从而给设备运行带来风险和隐患。荧光示踪检漏技术是将荧光剂加入到润滑系统中,经紫外线激发后发出荧光,可方便,准确,快速地检测出泄漏点。但润滑油基础油对荧光剂的显色有着重要的影响,为此就基础油类型对荧光剂显色效果的影响进行了研究。芳烃含量较高的基础油对荧光剂显色有明显的干扰,而芳烃含量较低的基础油却有着优异的荧光效果。研究基础油对荧光剂显色的影响,对在润滑系统检漏中选择合适的示踪荧光剂有着重要的指导作用和参考价值。Lubricant leakage is a common fault in the equipment operation,which is not only a waste of oil,but also a pollution to the environment,and even affects the safety of equipment operation.Therefore,the detection and rapid identification of leaks in lubrication system is an important part and a difficulty in equipment management and maintenance.However,the traditional leak detection methods are difficult to quickly identify leaks,which bring risks and potential dangers to the equipment operation.Fluorescent tracer leak detection is a technology that adds fluorescent agent to the lubrication system,which emits fluorescence after being excited by ultraviolet light,making it easy to detect leaks accurately and quickly.However,the lubricating base oil has a significant influence on the luminous performance of fluorescent agent,and for this reason,the effect of different types of base oil on the luminous performance of fluorescent agents has been studied.The base oil with high aromatics content has an obvious interference with the luminous performance of the fluorescent agent,while the base oil with low aromatics content has excellent performance in the luminous performance of fluorescent agent.The study of the effect of base oils on the luminous performance of fluorescent agent is an important guidance and reference for the selection of suitable tracing fluorescent agent in lubrication system leak detection.
