摘  要:润滑油脂泄漏,废弃润滑油脂的非正规处置或无序排放都会给生态环境和人们的身体健康带来极大的危害。随着我国相关环保法规的不断完善,已经逐步倒逼国内润滑油行业开始研发和应用相关可生物降解润滑剂。可以预见,今后国内可生物降解润滑剂的市场需求潜力将得到进一步挖掘和释放,发展速度将逐渐加快。因此,开发可生物降解润滑剂具有重要的生态价值和现实意义。合成酯的分子结构类型多,可调控性强,具有固有的生物降解性和环境友好特性,是开发可生物降解润滑剂的最佳基础油。对合成酯在可生物降解润滑剂中的应用进行了综述。Lubricating grease leakage and the informal disposal or disordered discharge of waste lubricating grease will bring great harm to the ecological environment as well as people’s health.With the continuous strengthening of China’s environmental protection regulations,the domestic lubricant industry is required to develop and apply biodegradable lubricants.It is foreseeable that the market demand potential of domestic biodegradable lubricants will be further explored and released in the future,and the development speed will gradually accelerate.Therefore,the development of biodegradable lubricants has both ecological and practical significance.The synthetic ester is the best base oil for the development of biodegradable lubricants because of its various molecular structure types,strong adjustability,inherent biodegradability and environmental friendliness.The application of synthetic ester in biodegradable lubricants was reviewed.
