摘  要:将聚合物添加到锂基润滑脂中以改善锂基润滑脂性能的研究较少,为此就环氧树脂(ER)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)聚合物对锂基润滑脂性能的影响进行了测定,以提升锂基润滑脂的性能及开拓更广泛的应用前景提供参考。考察发现环氧树脂或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物在一定程度上均可以改善锂基润滑脂的滴点,锥入度,高温黏附性能,高温结焦性能,抗水性能及摩擦学特性(摩擦因数及抗磨损性能),提高了锂基润滑脂的综合性能。There are few studies on adding polymers to lithium greases to improve the performance of lithium greases,so the effects of epoxy resin(ER)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)polymers on the performance of lithium greases were determined to provide a reference for improving the performance of lithium greases and exploring a wider range of application prospects.It was found that epoxy resin or polymethyl methacrylate polymer could improve the dropping point,penetration,high temperature adhesion performance,high temperature coking performance,water resistance and tribological characteristics(frictional coefficient and wear resistance)of lithium greases to a certain extent,and improve the comprehensive performances of lithium greases.
