特种液压油生产工艺改进探索

摘  要:特种液压油系国产自主单剂配方,其清洁度要求要达到NAS7级及以上。在生产过程中发现,特种液压油中的抗泡剂及染色剂对其清洁度和抗泡性能的影响较大,会导致特种液压油的清洁度和抗泡性能相互影响和波动,两者难以平衡。通过对特种液压油抗泡性能的量化分析和对抗泡剂,清洁度与抗泡性能间的关系分析,对工艺参数(过滤精度和过滤压力差)和加料顺序进行了调整,在保证特种液压油清洁度的前提下,其抗泡性能提高了约33.3%。调整工艺后,可以使得特种液压油的抗泡性能指标一次合格。Special hydraulic oil is a domestic independent single-dose formula,and its cleanliness requirements should reach the NAS7 level and above.In the production process,it is found that the antifoam agent and colorant in the special hydraulic oil have a great influence on its cleanliness and antifoam performance,which will lead to the mutual influence and fluctuation of the cleanliness and antifoam performance of the special hydraulic oil,and the two are difficult to balance.Based on the quantitative analysis of antifoam performance of special hydraulic oil and the analysis of the relationship of antifoam agent,cleanliness and antifoam performance,the process parameters(filtration accuracy and filtration pressure difference)and feeding sequence were adjusted.Under the premise of ensuring the cleanliness of special hydraulic oil,the antifoam performance was improved by about 33.3%.After adjusting the process,the antifoam performance index of the special hydraulic oil can be qualified at one time.
