摘 要:航空发动机具有设计技术先进,研制周期长及工作条件苛刻等特点。航空发动机润滑油用于主轴轴承、传动齿轮的润滑与冷却,对航空发动机的正常工作起着至关重要的作用。随着航空发动机推重比的不断提高,航空发动机热负荷和机械负荷也不断增大,对航空润滑油的性能要求越来越高,其技术性能也必须随着发动机的使用需求而不断提升。为此对典型航空发动机润滑油的使用情况、标准和研制流程以及使用需求进行了介绍。同时,必须开展耐高温航空润滑油材料特性试验方法的研究以及防腐型航空润滑油应用技术的研究。Aeroengines have the characteristics of advanced design technology,long development period and harsh working conditions.Aeroengine lubricants are used for the lubrication and cooling of the main shaft bearing and transmission gear,which plays a vital role in the normal operation of the aeroengine.With the continuous improvement of the aeroengine thrust to weight ratio,the aeroengine thermal load and mechanical load are also increasing,the performance requirements of aviation lubricants are becoming higher and higher,and its technical performance must also be continuously improved with the use of engines.Therefore,the application,standards and development process as well as application requirements of typical aeroengine lubricants are introduced.At the same time,it is necessary to carry out the research on the material characteristics test method of high-temperature resistant aviation lubricants and anti-corrosion aviation lubricants application technology.
