摘  要:环烷基润滑油凝点较低,是生产冷冻机油的优质原料,克拉玛依油田具有宝贵的环烷基原油资源。以克拉玛依环烷基油为原料油(减二线油),在200 mL加氢反应装置上对原料油进行了中压加氢,临氢降凝和补充精制处理。就加氢温度对基础油颜色及絮凝点的影响进行了考察,并对馏分进行了分析。在合适的温度下可以生产出符合要求的N46加氢基础油,采用甩尾的蒸馏方式可以改善N46加氢基础油的颜色和絮凝点,以用于调配N46冷冻机油。(图2表4参考文献4)Naphthenic lubricant has a low freezing point and is a high-quality raw material for the production of refrigerator oil,and the Karamay oilfield has valuable naphthenic crude oil resources.With Karamay naphthenic oil as feedstock(VGO 2),the feedstock oil was treated with medium-pressure hydrogenation,hydrocoagulation and supplementary refining on a 200 mL hydrogenation reactor.The effect of hydrogenation temperature on the color and flocculation point of base oil was investigated,and the fractions were analyzed.The N46 hydrogenated base oil meets the requirements can be obtained at the right temperature,and the color and flocculation point of N46 hydrogenated base oil can be improved by distillation of removing tail oil to be used for blending N46 refrigerated oil.
