摘 要:针对气吸式排种器对于高粱等小粒径种子穴粒数难以控制的问题,结合高粱精量播种农艺要求,以及高粱形状尺寸等物理特性,优化设计1种适合高粱播种的气吸式排种器,通过改进排种器结构,确定关键部件结构参数对高粱排种性能的影响。应用JPS-12排种器性能试验台进行台架试验,采用Box-Behnken Design方法进行试验设计,分析各试验因素对排种性能指标影响的显著程度。试验结果表明:高粱精量排种性能的较优参数组合为真空度-1.5 kPa、排种盘转速11.5 r/min、振动频率11 Hz;通过验证试验,确定排种性能试验指标为:合格指数87.7%,重播指数9.1%,漏播指数3.23%。表明优化设计的排种装置可满足高粱精量播种的农艺要求。The air suction type metering device is difficult to control the number of sorghum seeds with small particle diameters.Thus,an improvement of an air suction type seed metering device was designed for sorghum seeds considering the requirements of precision sowing and physical characteristics of sorghum seeds,such as shape and size.The structure of the seed metering device was subsequently optimized,and the impact of key component structural parameters was determined on the performance of sorghum seeding.The performance bench testing employed the JPS-12 seed metering device,and the Box-Behnken Design method was used for experimental design to analyze the significant degree of the impact of various test factors on the seed metering performance indicators.The test results showed that the sorghum seeding performance was the best at the parameters of vacuum-1.5 kPa,seeding disk rotation speed 11.5 r/min,and vibration frequency 11 Hz.Through comparative verification tests,it is determined that the seeding performance test index was determined as that the qualification index was 87.7%,the rebroadcast index was 9.1%,and the missed broadcast index was 3.23%.The results suggested that the improved design of the seeding device can meet the agronomic requirements of sorghum precision seeding.
