摘  要:本文综述了喷丸处理对金属材料高温氧化性能的影响,介绍金属材料的高温氧化和几种常见的喷丸技术,以及不锈钢、钛及钛合金、镍基合金和钛铝合金在高温环境下的应用、氧化层组成以及存在的问题,重点介绍了喷丸对不锈钢、钛及钛合金、镍基合金以及钛铝合金的表层微观组织结构、高温氧化动力学、氧化膜组成与物相的影响,讨论总结了喷丸对合金高温氧化性能的作用机制,展望了利用喷丸技术改善合金抗高温氧化性能的发展趋势。The effect of shot peening on the oxidation resistance of metallic materials at high temperature was reviewed in this paper.This paper first introduced the high temperature oxidation of metal material and several common shot peening technologies,and then introduced the application of stainless steel,titanium and titanium alloy,nickel-based alloy and TiAl-based alloy in high temperature environment,as well as oxide layer composition and existing problems,mainly focusing on the effect of shot peening on the near-surface layer structure,high temperature oxidation kinetics,composition and phase of oxidation scales of stainless steels,titanium and titanium alloys,nickel-based alloys and TiAl-based alloys.In addition,high temperature oxidation mechanisms of peened alloys were discussed and summarized.Future trends of enhancing high temperature oxidation performance of alloys by utilizing shot peening techniques were proposed.
