摘 要:镍是重要的战略金属,广泛应用于不锈钢、新能源等领域。随着新能源产业快速发展,动力电池需求急剧增长,对镍需求更加迫切,镍资源高效提取对推动我国新能源产业可持续性发展具有重要意义。由于优质硫化镍矿资源日趋匮乏,红土镍矿产镍已超过硫化镍矿,成为重要提镍资源,并且其重要性呈逐渐上升趋势。本文分析了红土镍矿资源禀赋特征,系统综述了现阶段红土镍矿常规火法和湿法提取工艺研究进展和存在的问题,展望了红土镍矿中镍提取技术发展趋势,指出红土镍矿高温硫化转型高效提镍是未来重要发展方向。Nickel is an important strategic metal,widely used in stainless steel,new energy and other fields.With the rapid development of new energy industry,the demand for power battery increases sharply,and the demand for nickel is more urgent.The efficient extraction of nickel resources is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of China's new energy industry.Due to the shortage of high quality nickel sulphide ore,the proportion of nickel in laterite ore has exceeded that of nickel sulphide ore and is gradually increasing.In this paper,the resource endowment characteristics of laterite nickel ore were analyzed,the research progress and existing problems of conventional fire and wet extraction technology of laterite nickel ore were systematically reviewed,the development trend of nickel extraction technology in laterite nickel ore was forecasted,and it was pointed out that high temperature sulfide transformation and efficient nickel extraction of laterite nickel ore will be an important development direction in the future.
