摘  要:通过单矿物浮选试验,考察了水杨羟肟酸(SHA)溶液体系下矿浆pH、Cu^(2+)和SHA用量等因素对锡石浮选行为的影响;借助Zeta电位、AFM以及XPS测试研究了水杨羟肟酸体系中Cu^(2+)活化锡石的机理。结果表明:当SHA浓度为0.52 mmol/L、Cu^(2+)浓度为0.45 mmol/L、pH值约为7.2时,锡石的回收率达到82.95%,回收率较SHA直接浮选体系提高12.89%。Zeta电位和XPS测试结果均表明,SHA在锡石表面主要发生化学吸附,在铜离子活化作用下,铜离子可以通过吸附或者取代作用改善锡石羟基化表面,生成Cu、Sn活性质点,通过直接和间接作用促进了SHA在锡石表面的吸附,生成了稳定的螯合物,提高了锡石的可浮性。The impact of pulp pH,Cu^(2+)and SHA dosage on cassiterite flotation behavior within the salicylhydroxamic acid(SHA)solution system was examined through single mineral flotation tests.The mechanism underlying Cu^(2+)activation of cassiterite in salicylhydroxamic acid was investigated using Zeta potential,AFM,and XPS analyses.The results reveal that,with the SHA concentration of 0.52 mmol/L,the Cu^(2+)concentration of 0.45 mmol/L,and the pH of approximately 7.2,the recovery of cassiterite achieves 82.95%,which is 12.89%higher than that of the SHA direct flotation system.Both Zeta potential and XPS test results indicate that SHA primarily chemisorbs onto the surface of cassiterite,with the activation of copper ion,the hydroxylated surface of cassiterite is enhanced through adsorption or substitution,leading to the formation of Cu and Sn active particles.In a combined direct and indirect process,SHA is adsorbed on the surface of cassiterite and forms a stable chelate,thus improving the floatability of cassiterite.
