摘  要:本文以云南兰坪的低品位氧化铅锌矿为原料,采用篮式研磨机作为机械活化设备,对磨浸协同工艺强化碱法提锌过程进行研究。与常规搅拌浸出工艺相比,磨浸协同工艺将磨矿与浸出工序进行结合,在磨浸过程中不仅可对氧化铅锌矿物的脉石包裹层进行破坏,实现含锌组分的暴露,还可改变矿物结构、粒度、比表面积等理化性质,增强矿物的反应活性,达到强化浸出锌与缩短浸出时间等目的。本文研究了NaOH浓度、浸出时间、磨浸温度、液固比以及研磨转速对锌浸出率的影响,并应用XRD与SEM-EDS对最优工艺条件下浸出渣进行表征分析。结果表明:在NaOH浓度为3 mol/L、浸出时间为60 min、磨浸温度为75℃、液固比为10∶1和研磨转速为800 r/min的最佳工艺条件下,锌浸出率达到92.33%。Using low-grade lead-zinc oxide ore from Lanping,Yunnan Province as raw material,and using basket grinder as mechanical activation equipment,the synergistic process of grinding and leaching to enhance alkaline leaching was investigated.Compared with the conventional stirring leaching process,the grinding and leaching synergistic process combines grinding and leaching processes.During the grinding and leaching process,not only the gangue coating of lead-zinc oxide minerals can be destroyed,exposing the zinc containing components,but also the physical and chemical properties,such as mineral structure,particle size,and specific surface area can be changed,enhancing the reaction activity of minerals,and achieving the goals of strengthening zinc leaching and shortening leaching time.The effects of NaOH concentration,leaching time,grinding leaching temperature,liquid-solid ratio,and grinding speed on zinc leaching rate were studied,and XRD and SEM-EDS were used to characterize and analyze the leaching residue under the optimal process conditions.The results show that the zinc leaching rate reaches 92.33%under the optimal process conditions,including NaOH concentration of 3 mol/L,leaching time of 60 min,grinding leaching temperature of 75℃,liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1 and grinding speed of 800 r/min.
