摘 要:为了考察交联剂对印迹材料吸附镓性能的影响规律及机理,本文以二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用原位离子印迹法考察不同交联剂用量对印迹材料(IIPs)和非印迹材料(NIPs)吸附镓性能的影响规律及机理。结果表明:交联剂用量对合成的IIPs和NIPs的结构和吸附性能具有不同的影响规律。随着交联剂用量的增加,NIPs材料的比表面积增大,但当柿单宁逐渐由暴露转化为嵌入状态时,交联剂对镓的吸附容量及吸附选择性降低。模板效应是提高IIPs对镓的吸附性能及选择性的主要因素,且模板效应随着交联剂用量的增加,呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。在交联剂柿子皮粉末用量为0.351 mg/g时,形成的薄而均匀的印迹层使得IIP-1对镓的吸附容量(Q_(e)=91 mg/g)和吸附选择性(选择性系数α=38.5)最好,有望实现混合金属溶液中镓的高效选择性富集。In order to investigate the influence of cross-linking agent on the adsorption performance of gallium imprinted materials,this paper adopted in-situ ion imprinting method and used ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as cross-linking agent to explore the effect of cross-linking agent dosages on the adsorption performance of imprinted materials(IIPs)and non-imprinted materials(NIPs).The results show that the crosslinking dosage has different effects on the structures and adsorption properties of the synthesized IIPs and NIPs.With the increase of the amount of crosslinking agent,the surface area of NIPs increases,but the state of persimmon tannin on the NIPs surface tranforms from exposure to embedding,which reduces the IIPs adsorption capacity and adsorption selectivity of gallium.The template effect is the main factor to improve the adsorption performance and selectivity of IIPs to gallium,and the template effect shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the amount of crosslinking agent.When the amount of crosslinking agent persimmon peel powder is 0.351 mg/g,the formed thin and uniform imprinted layer prompted IIP-1 the best adsorption capacity(Q_(e)=91 mg/g)and adsorption selectivity(selectivity coefficientα=38.5)for gallium,which is expected to realize efficient enrichment of gallium from the complex multi-metal solution.
