柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗儿童多发性抽动症心肝火旺证的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减方在治疗儿童多发性抽动症心肝火旺证中的临床疗效。方法纳入2019年4月—2021年4月就诊于潍坊市妇幼保健院的80例多发性抽动症心肝火旺证患儿,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予口服硫必利治疗;观察组给予中药治疗,两组均治疗12周。分别于治疗前后采用耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)和中医证候积分变化进行评价,比较两组间的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果治疗12周后,两组患儿YGTSS评分和中医证候评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总体有效率与观察组总体有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组患儿不良反应发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减方治疗多发性抽动症心肝火旺证患儿临床效果确切,与口服硫必利相当,且不良反应少。Objective To observe clinical effects of Chaihu add Longgu oyster decoction in the treatment of children with Tourette syndrome of hyperactivity of heart and liver fire.Methods eighty patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Tiapride,and the observation group by oral Chinese medicine.Compare the YGTSS scores,TCM syndrome point and adverse reactions after 12 weeks treatment between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the YGTSS scores in the two groups were lower than the before treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 85.00%,no different 90.00%of the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 2.50%,lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu add Longgu oyster decoction could treat the children of tourette syndrome with tics and heart-liver fire syndrome,while lower incidence of adverse reactions.
