摘  要:研究太行山典型区不同海拔酸枣光合特性及其影响因素,为提升太行山酸枣产量及酸枣灌木丛可持续发展提供理论依据。以酸枣主产区河北省邢台市临城县不同海拔的酸枣为研究对象,测定叶片光合能力、叶片性状及土壤属性等。结果表明:酸枣光合能力随海拔升高先上升后下降,海拔110 m时酸枣叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO_(2)浓度最高,分别为23.22μmol/(m^(2)·s)、13.13 mmol/(m^(2)·s)、0.16 mol/(m^(2)·s)、340.98μmol/mol,但是酸枣水分利用效率和气孔限制值随海拔升高呈先降后升的趋势,在海拔228 m和62 m时最高,分别为3.36μmol/mmol和0.37;酸枣净光合速率和蒸腾速率与叶片含水量、叶氮含量、比叶面积、土壤含水量、全磷、全氮含量呈显著正相关,与气孔限制值呈显著负相关;冗余分析表明,影响酸枣光合能力的主要环境因素是土壤有机碳(36.5%)、全氮含量(14.6%)、含水量(4.1%)和黏粒含量(4%);影响酸枣光合能力的主要生物因素是叶片气孔导度(65.2%)、叶氮含量(4%)和比叶面积(1.7%)。研究酸枣光合特性及其影响因素,可为提高酸枣产量及寻找最适生态条件提供理论依据。The photosynthetic characteristics and influencing factors of Ziziphus jujuba at different altitudes in typical areas of Taihang Mountain were studied to provide theoretical basis for yield improvement and sustainable development of Z.jujuba bushes in Taihang Mountain.The photosynthetic capacity of leaves,leaf traits and soil properties of Z.jujuba at different elevations in Lincheng County,Xingtai City,Hebei Province were measured.The results showed as follows:The photosynthetic capacity of Z.jujuba increased and then decreased with elevation.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO_(2) concentration of Z.jujuba leaves were the highest at 110 m altitude,with 23.22μmol/(m^(2)·s),13.13 mmol/(m^(2)·s),0.16 mol/(m^(2)·s)and 340.98μmol/mol,respectively,but the water use efficiency and stomatal limitation values of Z.jujuba leaves tended to decrease and then increase with altitude,with the highest values at 228 m and 62 m altitude,3.36μmol/mmol and 0.37,respectively.Net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Z.jujuba were significantly and positively correlated with leaf water content,leaf nitrogen content,specific leaf area,soil water content,total phosphorus and total nitrogen content,and significantly and negatively correlated with stomatal limitation value.Redundancy analysis showed that the main environmental factors affecting photosynthetic capacity of Z.jujuba were soil organic carbon(36.5%),total nitrogen content(14.6%),water content(4.1%),and clay content(4%).The main biological factors affecting photosynthetic capacity of Z.jujuba were leaf stomatal conductance(65.2%),leaf nitrogen content(4%),and specific leaf area(1.7%).The study of photosynthetic characteristics of Z.jujuba and its influencing factors can provide a theoretical basis for improving the yield of Z.jujuba and finding the optimal ecological conditions.
