摘  要:顺德是广东省乃至全国著名的制造业强区,也是广东高质量发展改革试验区。顺德以推进生态文明建设作为总抓手,积极探索工业强区的绿色高质量发展路径,生态文明建设颇有成效。在持续推进生态文明建设过程中,对标人民群众对顺德更优质生态环境的期盼和高质量发展改革试验区建设目标要求,还有一定的困难和挑战。为加快推动保护与发展协同共进,顺德应坚持高水平保护,以持续打好污染防治攻坚战和加快推进绿美生态建设为首要任务,进一步擦亮绿色发展的生态底色。同时,强化生态环境分区引导,壮大绿色战略新兴产业,创新完善环境管理模式,加快推动经济绿色低碳发展。Shunde is a famous manufacturing powerhouse in Guangdong Province and even the whole country,as well as a pilot area for high-quality development and reform in Guangdong.Shunde takes the promotion of ecological civilization construction as the general starting point,and actively explores the green and high-quality development path of industrial strong areas,and the ecological civilization construction has achieved considerable results.In the process of continuously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,there are still certain difficulties and challenges to the expectations of the people for a better ecological environment in Shunde and the requirements for the construction of a high-quality development and reform pilot area.In order to accelerate the coordinated progress of protection and development,Shunde should adhere to a high level of protection,take continuing to fight the battle of pollution prevention and control and accelerating the construction of green ecological beauty as the primary task,and further polish the ecological background of green development.At the same time,we will strengthen regional guidance on the ecological environment,strengthen green strategic emerging industries,innovate and improve environmental management models,and accelerate green and low-carbon economic development.
