摘　　要：基于2005—2021年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的平衡面板数据,利用空间杜宾模型探究银行业的实际开放程度能否通过空间溢出效应促进中国经济的增长。研究发现,银行业的实际开放度对区域经济增长产生显著且稳健的促进作用并具有明显的空间溢出效应,即本地的银行业的实际开放度能够促进本地和邻近区域的经济增长。影响机制检验表明,银行业的实际开放可通过拓宽外商直接投资渠道促进区域经济增长。因此,开放银行业时应同时考量本地效应和空间溢出效应,制定银行业开放相关政策时应同时考虑本地经济增长和区域经济增长。研究结论对新时期如何把握银行业开放带来的机遇,充分发挥外资银行进入中国的红利具有参考价值。Based on the balanced panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2021,this paper uses the Spatial Durbin Model to explore whether the actual openness of the banking industry can promote China’s economic growth through spatial spillover effects.It has been found through research that the actual openness of the banking industry has a significant and steady promoting effect on regional economic growth and has obvious spatial spillover effect,that is,the actual openness of the local banking industry can promote the economic growth of the local and neighboring regions.The test of influence mechanism shows that the actual openness of banking industry can promote regional economic growth by broadening the channels of foreign direct investment.Therefore,the openness of the banking industry should consider both local effect and spatial spillover effect,and both local economic growth and regional economic growth should be taken into account when formulating the bank openness policies.The findings of this paper have reference value for how to grasp the opportunities brought about by the openness of the banking industry in the new era and to give full play to the dividends of foreign banks entering China.
