沙库巴曲缬沙坦在急性心肌梗死合并心衰患者中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦在治疗急性心肌梗死合并心衰患者改善心功能的疗效。方法选择急性心肌梗死合并心衰住院患者共70例,所有患者均在发病12 h内经过急诊PCI术,术后给予规范的药物治疗,然后将患者分成2组。实验组为早期应用缬沙坦沙库巴曲组(35例)。对照组为使用卡托普利组(35例)。结果2组患者在药物干预前相关指标上未有明显的区别;用药后实验组的LVEF、SV、CI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的左室射血分数LVEF、6 min步行试验、心衰再住院、心肌梗死再住院、全因再住院、全因死亡率、生活质量评价(KCCQ)等指标均明显优于对照组。(P<0.05)。结论在标准药物治疗手段的基础上,新增沙库巴曲缬沙坦药物治疗,更能帮助急性心肌梗死合并心衰患者获益。Objective To investigate the efficacy of shakubaquvalsartan and captopril in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected.All patients underwent emergency PCI within 12 hours of onset and received standardized postoperative drug treatment.Then the patients were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group,early application of shakubaquvalsartan group(n=35);Control group,the captopril group was used(n=35).Results There was no significant difference in relevant indicators between the two groups of patients before drug intervention.After medication,the LVEF,SV and CI of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The LVEF,6-minute walk test,heart failure rehospitalization,myocardial infarction rehospitalization,all-cause rehospitalization,all-cause mortality,and quality of life assessment(KCCQ)of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of standard drug therapy,the new shakubaquvalsartan treatment can be benefit for patients with acute myocardial infarction.
