摘　　要：目的探讨一体化(IBS)宫内刨削系统在胚物残留的诊断与治疗中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析因胚物残留的患者160例,其中实施IBS宫内刨削系统胚物残留清除术的患者89例(IBS组),实施传统清宫术的患者71例(对照组),比较2组患者年龄、病程、残留物大小、血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、术后再次残留、手术时间、术后出血、术后并发症等指标。结果2组患者年龄、病程、血清HCG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组术后无再次残留,平均手术时间、平均出血量、平均术后阴道出血时间、平均月经来潮时间、治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IBS刨削系统对子宫内残留的胚物临床疗效明显优于传统清宫术,具有手术中精准诊治、有效缩短手术时间、降低子宫内膜的损伤、治疗彻底等优点,是各类妊娠物残留清除的首选治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the IBS intrauterine planning system in the diagnosis and treatment of RPOC.Method Retrospective analysis was conducted on 160 patients,including 89 patients(IBS group)and 71 patients with traditional uterine surgery(control group),and the age,duration,residue size,HCG,postoperative residue,operation time,postoperative bleeding,and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in age,disease duration and serum HCG level between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no postoperative re-residue in two groups,and there was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of mean operation time,mean bleeding volume,mean postoperative vaginal bleeding time,mean time to onset of menstruation,and cure rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of IBS planning system on the residual embryo in the uterus is obviously better than that of traditional hysterectomy,with the advantages of precise diagnosis and treatment during the operation,effective shortening of the operation time,reduction of the damage to the endometrium,and thorough treatment,which makes it the first choice of treatment for the removal of all kinds of residual gestational materials.
